Silver Stick Tournament - U16A - Coaching Moment

This weekend (11/28/25) we played the Silver Stick Tournament in San Jose - U16A. In our third game we faced the top team in our league and were down 5–0. With 28 seconds left, we earned a power play, so I called a time-out, pulled the goalie, and sent out 6 skaters — not to tie the game, but to give the players a real 6-on-4 experience.
